The Vermillion Room

During the winter months, we may occasionally offer à la carte breakfast service only. If you are joining us from outside the hotel to enjoy our breakfast buffet, we kindly ask that you call ahead to confirm availability.

 

Please note that The Vermillion Room brunch service will be closed from September 6th through November 22nd, 2026, with the following exceptions:

September 13, 2026: Regular brunch service available

October 11, 2026: Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet*
