Après at the Castle

Après at the Castle returns January 16, 2026, transforming Fairmont Banff Springs into a winter wonderland during the Banff SnowDays Festival. From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM DAILY, join us in embracing the magic of winter at Canada’s Castle in the Rockies.

Skate beneath twinkling lights, gather around glowing fire pits, capture a photo with our interactive ice sculpture, and soak in elegant winter décor. Sip and socialize at the Après Ski Patio, or warm up at the Sugar Shack and Ice Rink, where alpine style meets cozy comfort.

Access to the rink and fire pit areas is complimentary, with food and beverage available for purchase from the Sugar Shack and Apres Ski Patio. Hotel guests can also enjoy a VIP area with complimentary hot apple cider and marshmallows.

A magical winter escape awaits. ❄️✨
