Forest Bathing is a mindfulness practice born in Japan and known as Shinrin Yoku. This experience encourages participants to connect with nature in a deeper and more profound way. The two-hour session will provide you with an opportunity to stop and connect with nature in a way you may not have previously experienced and will allow you to incorporate the practice into your own wellness routine.

Includes: Fairmont guide, mat and tea. Please dress comfortably and according to weather (for the safety of our guests and colleagues, this activity will be cancelled if temperatures drop below -15º C).
Dates: March – October. Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Tour must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Max four persons per booking. For additional people please contact hotel directly.
