We’ve asked our Executive Chef – Robert Ash to come to the table (pun intended) with some of his best wellness goodies!

Below you will find his special recipe for Power Balls!

Power Balls Recipe

Getting Started

Ingredients

1.5 cups rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. flax seeds
3 tbsp. organic dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (sub with almond or cashew if needed)

Directions

In a bowl combine all ingredients. Wearing gloves or spraying your had with a food pan spray – form the mixture into small balls and place onto a small cookie pan lined with parchment paper
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Once set you can place them in a airtight container or Ziplock bag
Keep refrigerated and enjoy as you please
