Sugarplum Sour Cocktail Recipe
Straight from our festive bar – The Thirsty Reindeer, our mixologist, Maxime Lapalme has crafted the perfect holiday cocktails to keep you in the spirit (no pun intended) this festive season.
“These aren’t your Grandma’s Sugarplums”
- Rundle Bar Gin – 1.5oz
- Galliano Vanilla Liqueur – 0.5oz
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice – 0.75oz
- Simple Syrup – 0.5oz
- Egg White – 0.75oz
- Fee Brothers’ Spiced Plum Bitters – 2 Dashes
Into shaker tin combine all ingredients and dry shake* for 10 seconds
Add scoop of ice and shake again for 10 seconds
Strain with large filter Hawthorn Strainer
Served in old fashioned glass with large cube garnished with lemon twist
