Sugar Shack Dining Series
Enjoy a truly unique Sugar Shack dining experience in Banff National Park. This seven course menu designed by Fairmont Banff Springs Executive Chef Atticus Garant and Restaurant Executive Chef Garett Kemp will be served outdoors in our private, heated 360° Dome surrounded by mountain views. Inspired by the traditional sugar shacks in maple producing regions of North America, the menu will feature maple infused classic dishes combined with local ingredients and inspirations. Dining in Banff has never been sweeter.
