New Year’s Eve at Waldhaus

This New Year’s Eve, skip the formal stuff and come to Waldhaus for a proper 18+ Canadiana house party. From 9 p.m. onward, enjoy alpine food stations, cold beer, proper cocktails, a live band, fire pits outside, and enough denim to make Shania jealous.

Upstairs is the living room. Grab a plate, settle in with a drink, and catch up with your aunts, uncles, and all the adults who are “definitely not dancing tonight…” The band will be front and centre. The room will start out sensible, and we’ll see where it lands from there.

Downstairs is the rumpus room. Your cousins are there. It’s louder, cheekier, and a lot less supervised: big basement-house-party energy, with fewer lava lamps and better booze.

If the room gets warm, head outside. There’ll be fire pits on the patio, a proper Banff winter night, and a quiet-ish spot for a beer before heading back in. Then, sometime near midnight, we’ll gather the whole house, raise a glass, and send 2026 off with suitable appreciation.

Canadian tuxedos and Canmore dinner jackets are strongly encouraged. They are not required, but neither is a sense of occasion.
