Running March 26 to April 6, the activation invites hotel guests and day visitors to step into a whimsical, easter‑inspired escape, created in collaboration with floral designer Cory Christopher.
The Hidden Burrow offers a sophisticated and unexpected take on Easter at the Castle. Its feature cocktail menu focuses on reduced sweetness, savoury balance, and layers of flavour drawn from fermented elements and tea complexity. Cocktails are designed to pair naturally with food and chocolate, and include a wide range of low‑alcohol and zero‑proof options to welcome all styles of celebration. The space will be transformed with playful spring décor by Cory Christopher, creating a warm, intimate environment that evokes a sense of springtime renewal.
