Raise a stein and revel in mountain-side merriment at the Waldhaus, our German-inspired alpine restaurant. From 11 AM into the night, the Waldhaus patio comes alive with Bavarian fare, an oompah band, a ceremonial keg tap at 3 PM, trivia at 9 PM, and a late-night DJ set until 1 AM. Highlights include classic dishes like Holstein Schnitzel Sandwiches, Glühwein, and hand pies at the Sugar Shack. Lederhosen and dirndls welcome.

Halloween at the Castle – Friday, October 31, 2025
On All Hallows’ Eve, the Castle’s grandeur turns mysterious. Rundle Bar transforms into a moody fairytale forest by interior designer Cory Christopher and inspired by the Castle’s lore. Forest florals, flickering candlelight, and mischievous hosts set the scene for a night of live DJ sets, immersive experiences, and spine-tingling glamour. Costumes are encouraged—your story begins at the door.
