Forecast Calls For A Great Golf Season Ahead
Banff, Alberta, January 29, 2020 – Though summer may seem forever away, the professional teams at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts’ celebrated western Canadian golf properties in Banff, Jasper, and Whistler are forecasting one of their best golf seasons in years.
The winter preparations went very well at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Banff Springs, and Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Jasper’s golf course rose to No. 58 on the prestigious world rankings (up from No. 89 on the previous list) and Banff’s golf course went to No. 87 from No. 99. Additionally, all three properties – Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Banff Springs and Fairmont Chateau Whistler – were named among the Top 100 Resorts in North America on GOLF Magazine’s 2019/2020 list.
