Rundle Bar Unveils Signature Gin
BANFF, AB Dec. 17. 2020 – Fairmont Banff Springs is delighted to reveal the Rundle Bar Gin, a signature gin exclusive to the recently renovated bar. In partnership with Canmore-based Wild Life Distillery, the Rundle Bar Gin can be tasted in cocktails throughout the hotel and purchased at STOCK Food & Drink.
The gin features butterfly pea flower to create a vibrant purple hue when citrus and tonic is added, and is paired with flavorful botanical ingredients including juniper, coriander, lemon and grapefruit peel as well as angelica, orris and licorice root, to create a perfectly balanced floral gin. The locally-distilled gin was recognized in this year’s Alberta Beverage Awards and won Judges’ Selection in its category.
