360 Dome Dining Experience

February 18, 2021

Fairmont Banff Springs Launches Outdoor Private Dining Venue

BANFF, AB – Today, Fairmont Banff Springs announced a new private outdoor dining venue, the 360° Dome. Available year-round, the exclusive dome offers dining experiences including breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night drinks.

Located on the picturesque Upper Garden Terrace, the 360° Dome is surrounded by panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies and the 132-year-old Castle. The luxurious venue can be reserved for an extravagant breakfast or family-style brunch in the morning, iconic Royal Afternoon Tea, or a five-course gourmet menu and post-dinner drinks in the evening.

Family-style brunch includes make-your-own mimosa ingredients and breakfast favourites such as eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes for $125 per person, while the Royal Tea experience takes the tradition of afternoon tea to new heights, with ultra-high end ingredients and beverage pairings fit for a royal, at $220 per person. The indulgent five-course dinner features locally-inspired flavours and ingredients, including a Pheasant Roulade and Bison Tartare with Saskatoon berries, for $200 per person.

The décor in the 360° Dome’s interior is designed by Cory Christopher and features a rustic-theme with winter touches. Guests dining in the cozy venue can sip on Rundle Bar’s hand-crafted cocktails while enjoying their perfectly intimate dining experience.

The well-appointed outdoor dining venue can accommodate 2-10 guests and must be reserved 48 hours in advance for Royal Tea and dinner, and 24 hours in advance for breakfast, brunch and late night drinks. To learn more or to book the 360° Dome at Fairmont Banff Springs, guests may call 403 762 2211 or email [email protected].
