SNOW EXPERIENCES

When the snow starts falling Banff National Park comes alive with lots of activities to keep your days and evenings full! If hitting the slopes is not for you, enjoy the outdoors and all the fresh powder, with activities from snowshoeing to skating and everything in between.
Please note, advance reservations are recommended for all Snow Experiences.

SNOWSHOEING
A true north experience like no other! For those looking to see the great outdoors at their own pace, snowshoeing offers the very best of Banff National Park.

SNOWTUBING
Soar down snow-covered hills in a tube! If you want to try something different but still seeking a thrill – snowtubing is perfect for all ages. Operated by Norquay Banff, minutes from the hotel. All children must be a minimum age of 4 years or at least 42″ tall.

SNOWMOBILING
Looking for an adrenaline rush? Snowmobiling offers an amazing way to see the true beauty of the Canadian Rockies, while experiencing a rush like no other.

DOG SLED TOURS
Take a ride through the forests of Banff National Park with huskies leading the way. As you snuggle up in blankets and glide over the snow, take time to appreciate the scenery. Sled Dog Tours are available as guided or self-guided tours, with weight and height restirctions.

SLEIGH RIDES
Enjoy a sleigh ride with your loved ones. This is the quintessential Western experience that will leave you in awe of your surroundings. Private and public 45-minute sleigh rides are available.
